We use Australia post and they have been experiencing record volumes all year and Christmas 2020 will be like no other! We will send all orders we recieve within 24 hours and email you the tracking details for you to track your parcel online! Once it has left us, its completely out of our control. If you experience any unfortunate issues you will need to call 131318 and Australia Post will assist you with your enquiry. Please take note this before purchasing.

Please always attach your mobile number on all orders. We then can call you if there is any problems and also attach your phone number to the parcel. The postman can call you if hes having an delivery issues! This will speed things up and help us all. Thank you
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
All orders are despatched by Australia Post and take between 1-3 business days for WA and 4-7 business days for the rest of Australia. Please note with Covid 19 and Christmas there is likely to be delays!
What happens if my item's are damaged products in Transit?
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for any product damaged in transit. Rest assured we take the utmost care in processing your order. Were currently not Selling online products which are packaged in Glass or Drink items which can break and spill and damage other goods. This may change in the future. If Australia Post do damage your goods during freight you are insured up to the amount of $100 and we can help you make a claim.
How much do we charge for Delivery?
We use Australia Post registered parcel to deliver your order. Postage is charged by calculating the actual weight of your order and applying a small charge to cover the cost of the carton and packaging. This is displayed at the checkout stage of your order. Because Australia Post charge either by actual weight or cubic weight, occasionally the price for delivery quoted at the checkout may be less or more than required. Crisps for example, take up a lot of space but weigh very little. This also applies to large, bulky but light products.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
We use multiple supplier's and it shouldn't ever be more than 2 weeks until an item is back in stock. We update our inventory on the website on a daily basis, so please keep checking to see what your item is back in stock ready to order.
British Crisps have a short shelf life, which means they tend to go out of date very quickly. When they are made in the UK, they have a Best Before Date of 14 weeks after manufacturing. It usually takes 8-10 weeks to get these Crisps to Australia via Sea Containers, so by the time we receive them, we usually only have 1-4 weeks maximum left on the Best Before. We will make sure when we send you the best before dates we have available, but if you buy bulk, you may not get many days to consume the box before the best before date. Walkers puts low best before codes on their products to keep their reputation high, but they are fine up to 4 weeks after best before code.
We have a specials section online. The reason why the products are at a discounted price usually is because they are close to there Best Before Dates or just past and we need to clear the stock. Thats the main reason they are between 25-75% off there usual price. Please be aware of this before ordering! Please make sure your order is correct before payment. We ensure all item's which are delivered are within best before date before sending. Importing food from the UK usually takes between 6-10 weeks to arrive in Australia after its been cleared through customs. Some items have very short best before dates, especially crisps. We currently don't have the time or man power to be doing returns, so once your order is confirmed its final. No refunds after purchase.
English Chocolate is different to Australian Chocolate! It doesn't have the added melting agent. Please DONT order Chocolate in the summer or hot times of the year as it could melt in transit! We won't take responsibility for melting once we have taken it to Australia Post. We cant put frozen packs inside the parcel as they will defrost in less than 8 hours and sometimes parcels take 3-7 days to be delivered, so it would be pointless. Were happy to send Chocolate, but its completly at your own risk and cant take responsibility for how it arrives.
We are selling Easter Eggs online this year for the first time. We would highly recommend that you purchase your Easter Eggs in store rather than buying online. We can package them up well, but once they leave us we cant control how they are handled during freight. Easter eggs are very fragile and have a high chance of breaking in transit. Please be aware of this before ordering. We won't be held accountable for broken Easter eggs once they arrive. We're very sorry in advance! Please DONT order Chocolate in the summer or hot times of the year as it could melt in transit! Please refer to the chocolate above ^
